Summary

A juicy, powerful listen featuring twin sisters who have drifted apart and the shocking family secrets that bind them....

Robin and Sarah weren't the closest of twins. They weren't even that similar. But they loved each other dearly. Until, in the cruellest of domestic twists, they were taken from one another.

Now in her early 30s, Robin lives alone. Agoraphobic and suffering from panic attacks, she spends her days pacing the rooms of her house. The rest of the time she watches - watches the street, the houses, the neighbours. Until one day she sees something she shouldn't...

And Sarah? Sarah got what she wanted - the good-looking man, the beautiful baby, the perfect home. But she's just been accused of the most terrible thing of all. She can't be around her new family until she has come to terms with something that happened a long time ago. And to do that, she needs to track down her twin sister. But Sarah isn't the only person looking for Robin. As their paths intersect, something dangerous is set in motion, leading Robin and Sarah to fight for much more than their relationship....

Well worth a credit!!

This book took me a couple of chapters to get into but once I knew the characters I was hooked!! A couple of good twists (some I guessed, others I definitely did not!) with parts that made me laugh, cringe & even cry!
Narrators were both great, easy to distinguish between the different characters
Definitely worth a credit!!

Great story but quite annoying voice reading the Robin character’s part!

Story was captivating.
Did not like the voice of the lady reading the ‘Robin’ character’s part - really annoying & childish sounding, so got quite irritating.

OK book with a dark storyline

This is an OK book. It kept me interested. It all wrapped up quite quickly at the end which was a bit of a shame after all the build up. I like that they used more than one actor to tell the story it made the storyline easier to follow.

Kept me on the edge of my seat in places :)

Sometimes I really struggle with books that jump around chronologically but I managed to follow this book with relative ease. I also enjoyed the variations in its pase as plot events developed & settled. It had a great sense of getting to know the main characters as the story developed. It has a couple of nice plot twists that I didn't see coming.
I enjoyed the narration. Simply put I enjoyed this book & encorage you to give it a try.

Okay, passed the time.

Listened to this while sunbathing on holiday. Not too taxing on the brain, has a few twists but not edge of the seat stuff. Told via two sisters who are like chalk and cheese.

Narration was fine.
