When the students ready the teacher will come

I was so ready to learn the lesson that I have not been chosen but I have been targeted and that the emotional vampires will continue to be drawn to me ..it’s not my bad choices in people it’s just I have what they so badly need ...empathy and care. So now I just have to practice taking better care of myself when they do rather than spend years trying to figure out how to change them. This book will help anyone who attracts lost souls to understand why and how to protect yourself as you stay yourself !

Fantasti!! Fantastic! Fantastic!!

Am only on chapter 5 and I need to review it b4 I even get to the end as its just mind blowing to say the least ❤️❤️ I get every word and every word jis me or my partner or so called friends! 😭 It's so strange as I brought this book a while aga but did not get round to listen to it until now but that was meant to be as a human vampire has attached him self to me and had hurt and left me weak and alone by just one min phone call. I've been with him near to five years and all what she tells you about what they do etc is him all over and sadly it's all the people around me wow my eyes have opened now and am not going to rurn my back on it again and always give him a chance or say to my seld it's me that's the problem.. Like it's said in the book they use what's hurt you in your past and sadly that's a fact I really thought I was on the mark as a few years back a massive bloke who got an healthy crush on me beat me up and even his girlfriend watched 4 a while and my poor son could do nothing to help me the poor boy so after that my trust has been not something I have with any body but wow the bloke am with right now plays on that and once I had a episode and I fitted while I was in bed and as I started coming around I felt him on top of me (I shall say no more as am sure u can fill in the blanks) and after he had finished he rolled me over like a piece of meat but a day later I told him I new what he did he turned it around back on me with a bigh voice shouting "I RAPED YOU THEN IS THAT WJST YOUR SAYING". AND SOME how I found myself saying a sorry so this book means the world to me as now I no am not mad like he and others have told me it's them. Essential reading for empaths and HSPs

At the ripe old age of 40, life is now starting to make sense. This is like reading my life story. I always felt “different”. Always taking on others feelings and feeling the grief/sadness/shame for the collective. All of which very tricky to articulate until reading this book. I also have a long history with personality disordered people. This lead to adverse mental and physical health problems.

Thank you Dr Christiane Northrup for your gift. I am indeed ready to shine my light 🙏🏼

Loved it.

Brilliant and full of information. Re listened to over and over as there is a lot of advice and it's hard to take in all of the guidance at once. All of the information is spot on.

I loved this book. Was in a relationship with an energy vampire for the past 5 years. whenever I was angry for being used and abused, i came down hard on myself for my lack of compassion because I knew my ex partner struggle through a difficult childhood. this book, along with many material that have come into my life since, has validated my healing. deep gratitude Dr northup!

Fantastic information

I wish I had found this book years ago. It would have saved me a lot of heart ache. If you keep getting into relationships and friendships that suck the life out of you then leave you damaged, this explains why! I knew I was an empath but never knew this is why I keep letting people take advantage of me. I have listened through three times already and will do so again! I’d love to talk to the author in person! I’d ask her how do I cope with competing my horse when I go to shows and everyone is nervous and I can pick it up like a sponge. Off to find more books by this author now!
