Attempting to deliver Charley to her rendezvous in Singapore in 1930, the Doctor overshoots a little, arriving in Manhattan just in time to find a dead private detective.

It's time for Max Warp!
The story is a pretty good murder mystery mixed with an obvious Top Gear homage that while parody's the car show's trio isn't really mean spirited and kind of fun
