Summary
A fun, humorous cozy mystery - with witches! Amelia's spells have improved, but her baking has not. She needs to make enough dough to save her crumbling cake store business. Yet that is soon the least of her worries, when a body is found on her porch and her new friend, Dianne, becomes the main suspect. As Amelia tries to clear Dianne's name, she finds that some people in her life are not what they seem. Craig finally whisks Amelia away on a date, but Amelia's house has something to say about the matter, much to her distress.
The police say that solving the murder will be a piece of cake, but are they keeping her on a knead-to-know basis?
Will Amelia discover why Alder Vervain has been watching her?
Will she rise to the occasion and solve the murder, or will she become the next victim?
All Morgana Best books are clean cozy mysteries.

The Witch Who Can't Spell Straight!
witches, murder-investigation, law-enforcement, amateur-sleuth, women-sleuths, friendship
Another fun mystery with the kitchen witch. Amelia finds a man dead on her porch, and the police are not happy that she is involved once again. She and her friends try to solve the mystery using the Internet, ordinary sleuthing, spells, her protective house, and get the assistance of a local private detective. There is lots of situational humor and awful puns. These are really funny, quick cozy mysteries that anyone could enjoy!
Tiffany does a fine job of differentiating characters and moods.

Dizzy Spells
Morgana Best writes cute stories. Unfortunately Tiffany Dougherty is not a good narrator. Okay, okay, Tiffany is a horrible narrator, in this series at least. I don’t like being critical of those who are living the dream. But, I can’t listen to another book in this series. The books are cute. But I just can’t listen to Miss Dougherty again. Her voice for Thyme is down right annoying. But, please listen to a sample. I find many narrators enjoyable that others find intolerable.
