Summary

Widow Dilly Carey has struggled out of poverty to make a life for herself. Dilly should be content, but she is troubled by the one secret she must never share: the true parentage of her daughter, Olivia, whom Dilly gave away at birth.

It's time for Dilly to make her peace with the choice that she was forced to make, but will she also find a way to a new happiness - and a new love?

Really lovely

I thoroughly enjoyed all 3 of the Dilly series, After listening to the first one I couldn’t wait to start number 2 followed by number 3. I feel sad now that I have come to the end.

Outstanding

Thank you Rosie Goodwin for the outstanding story.
From the first book to the last,
The performance by Charlie Sanderson was truly amazing, Charlie brought each character to life.
Towards the end of the 3rd book, I cried.. to me that showed how good the story is .
Once again thank you.

Final Book I the "Dilly" Triology

The end of a very long story encompassing three titles. As with most trilogies, it is very rushed at the end with all loose ends being bundled into a very short epilogue - really there was enough material to run the story into a fourth book. Apart from the above comments this series is well worth reading but all 3 books need to be read in the order they were written to really enjoy the whole story.

Really Enjoyed This Series.

Just finished listening to all three books in this series.
Rosie Gooodwin never disappoints. Well written, interesting and found it really hard to put this series down. When one was finished I just had to listen to the next.
Great narration as always by Charlie Sanditton
