Thanks! Well i have to say that this book is really good! I like it!This is well worth the money. The more you use it the more you will love it. After a little bit it will be your preferred method of cooking. I use mine at least three nights a week. Sometimes even more. Fast and easy. Cool! I love it ! Nice!

This is a very easy to follow book. I am a newbie with my instant pot and this book was very helpful and user friendly. The steps are very clear to follow. It was a great help since I am very new to using It. There also is a great variety of recipes throughout the book.

I love the information in this book.

I love the information in this book, the structure, nutrition tips meal planning and such. My favorite recipes are classic deviled eggs, spinach and cheddar muffins, French style strawberry omelette, and Italian style eggs with mortadella bits. I received this book for free for my honest review. Lovely.!!!

A lot of work has gone into this book and I bought even though we are a vegetarian household because it includes many vegetarian recipes, but also extensive quick look up tables for various types of item. It is a handy reference as well a great recipe book. great

I was going crazy trying to sift through all the websites on the internet when I found this book, and it lays everything out in a neatly, orderly, detailed explanation plus helpful tips like how to avoid keto flu and ect. Loved cookbook. keto lovers.

Leanne explains Keto in a way that's easy to understand. Especially for those of us with different health issues. It's great for beginners and seasoned Ketonians! I absolutely love this book! Leanne was recommended to me to follow on social media when I started looking into keto! Once I knew about the book I immediately purchased the kindle version!
