Summary
Hochwasseralarm! Eine Sturmflut rollt direkt auf London zu. Zum Glück gibt es die Thames Barrier, ein großes Sperrwerk, das die Einwohner vor der Flut schützt. Doch Firebomb Jack wäre nicht der fieseste Gangsterboss von London, wenn er die Situation nicht für seine Zwecke nutzen würde. Seine Bande reißt die Kontrolle über die Thames Barrier an sich und fordert ein hohes Lösegeld. Sonst lassen die Halunken London für immer unter den Wassermassen verschwinden.
