Don't buy this

I don't know who wrote this book but it reads like a bad Google translation. The syntax is horrible, I had to struggle all the time to understand what the author wanted to say and some sentences are downright unintelligible. I went to check the paperback edition and it has the same problem. Also, the narration is slow, the voice quiet and almost robotic. I really fail to see how people can give this book 5 stars.

I highly recommend this audio-book to anyone that has anxiety, depression, or trouble with "big" emotions that sometimes get out of control.

One of the best audible I found

Disappointing. Impossible to follow.

This book was clearly translated from another language, and poorly at that. Even sentences that make sense (with the right words) are broken up so poorly by the narrator that you cant even absorb the info. I also found the narrator's drinking and swallowing to be increasingly distracting. Phrases too often repeated also become grating, such as "on the off chance." The book appears to be written for mental health professionals which I cant fault it for, but one should be aware that, even poor translation and narration aside, as a self-help guide this book will fall far short. I rarely can say I didnt get a thing from a book . But this book was a total waste of time.

This audible turn into phenomenal

Not bad and has great info and worsheets. Very dry though and I reccomend it more as a teaching tool to be used by a therapist or in addition to therapy to keep interest.
