Useful for beginners

Jude is very personal on every level in this book. Not only does a lot of what he says resonate with me, but I'm also 100% sure it will with others.

one of the best books I've ever had

This book goes beyond sheer theory and really gets down to the nitty-gritty of how to go about practicing DBT. Highly recommend!

Great intro and excellent ideas

I will have to read sections again as I make progress. The exercises are difficult but worth the effort & pain. If you do it, you will change it! Your partner may not, but it won't bring you down emotionally

Absolutely Good

Quality content and narration!

For anyone that has ever dealt with any kind of overwhelming emotions where you feel like your stress or emotions are drowning you and you cannot get through the day this is perfect for you, it takes you to step by step to a better calmer more in control version of yourself.

Superb

I have listened to that audiobook film. The narrator did a terrific job and really appeared in it. The Dialectical Behavioral Therapy has a worthwhile definition. This audiobook is appealing to me.
