Darcy did a darn good job

Darcy Dwanes knows what to say about diabetes, and I don't think she stole this stuff from the internet. She's an expert.

A helpful book

This book is useful for those who are facing diabetes problems and I think it was short, but a good audiobook.

Diabetes tips

It is nice to see a book so full of valuable content. I didn't know about some of these things. Yes, aspartame is awful and a lot of times, we get those special diet or so-called healthy foods, but then they still contain the same junk.
