The legion recruited widely from soldiers left unemployed and homeless by the defeat of Germany in 1945. what happened to the original story of the devils brigade. Feel like I've been cheated to only half a story.

Absolute fiction, the parts where the main character makes love with a rescued prisoner in a RON point in Triple canopy jungle was the final straw.

This has what sounds like an automated narration. It has got to be the worst I have ever heard. I have read this book many years ago and this version from what I can remember has left a lot of the story out. I was so looking forward to this book. However I feel let down by this version. I would not recommend buying this version of the Devils guard.

The great disappointment of this audiobook is the narrator and the fact that it is only half the book. he has no sense of flow,structure, frequent pauses and monotone speech. in other words it feels like someone is just reading the book without any care or effort, there is no passion and due to this it makes the audiobook difficult to listen to, as all the characters sound the same,people,places and objects are blandly spoke about without any places and as such then lack significant.
I plan on writing to the publisher and
leaving a complaint that such low quality was put into this book,.
