Brilliant, Connolly, a his best
I just love Harry Bosch and having spent 20+ years in southern California and Los Angeles feel such affinity with the stories. I also started a jeep franchise in 1993 and have a great fondness for the jeep Cherokee that he treasures. It was a great vehicle and so popular in the UK, I’m now about to embark on my last Harry Bush book out of sequence I know but I’m sure I will enjoy it

Another winner.
Very satisfying - everything falling into place in the last few chapters - the book fulfils my expectations that the pictures Connolly creates are better than you’d get in a film or on tv.

My first audiobook!
Having read few Harry Bosch books and seen Titus Welliver play Bosch in the tv series, I was pleased to know he narrated this book. I could visualise the action better and found the split narration voices more engaging. I couldn't wait to push play each time and listened to it over three days, on holiday.

Another stunner from Michael Connelly.
Exceptional detail, believable characters, totally absorbing plot, had me on the edge of my seat. No one writes police thrillers like Connelly.
