If you're stuffing from anxiety then I would recommend listening this book it has very good advise and help things you can do to overcome your anxiety. This was clear and easily understood. Great step by step advice. Loved it.

Pretty amazing!
When you have the right mindset, life feels a lot less complicated than it needs to be. After listening this book I have started paying a lot more attention to my thoughts and to how I reacted to certain situations, it is pretty amazing. Highly recommend
Stress can be helpful in one’s life but if not managed well can be detrimental to one’s health. I like how the book explains about anxiety and negative thinking.
