Fantastically practical

For those who accept that humans along with all other life forms are the product of evolution, this book presents a very compelling diagnosis and prescription for depression.I find this book insightful. Not many people understand depression or other mental conditions. For people who suffer these conditions, it is hard to find ways to cope. I myself deal with anxiety and stress. I do not know how to manage my thoughts and feelings well. This really helped me a lot.

Thank you for this life changing book!

I have suffered from major depression for more than a decade. I tried different varieties of talk therapy and medication. It Seems like with the aid of a supportive therapist or family member, you could indeed beat depression with this amazing book.

Simple, clear steps to beat depression

It's been a couple of months now and the positive results are still here, plus continued improvement in attitude, mood and productivity. I would highly recommend anyone who is dealing with depression or who knows someone who is, to consider this book. By the way, I had wondered if this method would apply to youth, and yes, it did.

Excellent guide

if you're going to take massive action and apply what you'll learn.The author does a really amazing job giving actionable things that can help with your own Depression.I found the tips and techniques in this book to be extremely useful.Although I personally do not suffer from extreme Depression.

Extremely good

Great audio book for beginners

This was an extremely informative book. I enjoyed how easy it was to listen. I love how easy it is to follow the steps. An overall great book with lots of information. It really set my heart at ease, and I was able to take in and process a lot of the information in a very helpful way. This book changed my life in a very good way!

It makes you perceive how to get yourself out of the Depression and Anxiety by contemplating any given situation. An in general, extraordinary book with bunches of data.It will be exceptionally alarming. I took an excellent game plan for captivating information. This audiobook really helped me to take next step

Very smart audio book!!! It explains how the brain works and your thought process. It explains how you can conquer depression and anxiety by using certain tools to help you control your thoughts. The author hits it on the head in a simple to listen and understand way.

This is a step by step guide

It's filled with highly helpful information on how to cope with anxiety, depression and negativity in general. I realized that I have a lot of negative thoughts that I was not aware of, and now I'll apply what I listen in the audio book to start having a more positive life.

Very informative!

This book was really inspiring and motivating. Gives focus and a great starting point

Useful tools for all listener

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression and other issues it is important to seek assistance. Must listen this book

I'm half way through and I've been practicing the actions portions of this audiobook and keeping a journal to guide me.This audiobook is excellent so long as your open to it.I like the way this audiobook is clear and concise, and to the point.

This truly works!

Best book about depression

In this book will give you good insight into possible causes and coping methods to make the world seem a happier place. After putting many of the steps outlined in this book to work in my life I have seen dramatic positive changes. If you or someone you know is battling depression. This is an inspiring and valuable resource audible

This was a good book to start down a path of recovery and help keep you going. It sheds on light on why some people are depressed and how to help others. Good listen!
