This audiobook explains that there are various types of disorders or problems whatever you want to call it that is defined as anxiety, and each needs to be treated individually. A good chunk of this audiobook walks you through a process to help you identify what your problems are. From there it goes deep into your soul giving you exercises to help you identify the that are causing these problems. And then it helps you work through the root causes. It also provides some tools that you can use to address anxiety and panic attacks on the go.

Work through it with a counselor or therapist will help you when using this audiobook. It has some spot-on information and helps describe the issue and how to cope or fix it. This audiobook is truly astounding. I am completely happy with this audiobook. This audiobook entirely reasonable for amateurs. I exceptionally recommended this audiobook to everybody.

This audiobook is very amazing to listen to which is very informative about Anxiety audiobook. Purchased for my husband. He deals with panic and generalized anxiety. He is reluctant to take prescription medications or see a therapist. This audiobook helped find out his type of anxiety and make him feel like he is not alone. He also gave lots of suggestions to deal with when his anxiety peaks. I suggest this audiobook for all who are searching to know about these things.

I've been through different therapy, and I know th

I've been through different therapy, and I know the root of my anxiety, but I was looking for something to help me when I'm feeling anxious that wasn't medication. The audiobook is helpful if you have specific anxiety about one thing, or more generalized - like me. I've been having fun chipping away at the audiobook and working through my anxiety episodes. I'm happy I purchased this and already feel myself managing my anxiety better. The audiobook is fun to listen to in and helps me set realistic goals.

As a person who suffers from depression and anxiet

As a person who suffers from depression and anxiety, I was cynical about an audiobook helps, but this audiobook has helped, it’s strategies for coping we’re particularly helpful, as well as just listening about what depression is and how it affects your thoughts and thinking, this is teaching you that your feelings and thoughts are separate but are a sort of cause and effect. Your thoughts don’t need to be your feelings. Very thought-provoking

This is a great audiobook that provides a really helpful overview of depression, anxiety and panic disorders. What is interesting is that it can be helpful for someone suffering from these issues, but equally valuable if you are seeking a better understanding to help support a loved one! It offers tips for identifying when one might be slipping into depression, but also gives tricks and tools to help offer mitigating solutions and coping mechanisms. Everyone is different and has a variety of triggers, but this helps contextualize the problem and offers practical advice.

This is a concise audiobook that gives a clear explanation of the cause and effect of depression, anxiety and panic attacks. It has lots of useful help offered to both the sufferer and the carer. If you don't understand the difference between the various types of illness, then this will help you to differentiate between them. I enjoyed this audiobook. I've listened to a few audiobooks and I think I liked this one the most. It drives at the heart of what we're all looking for when we look through these self-improvement audiobooks: happiness. Highly recommended!
