He filed 101 support tickets. The System turned him into a demon.

Kairon is a system clerk that finally gets his own city charter. So he does what any good bureaucrat would. He reads the entire Terms of Service, identifies a loophole, and exploits it.

Unfortunately doing so ended up calling down a pillar of hellfire that roasts him, all his villagers, and everything else within a league alive.

Now he's a demon that's got ten confused imps, a tower with a giant floating eyeball, and a rudimentary system that raises buildings through rends in reality.

A MC that wins through competence, scheming, and middle management:

Anti-hero MC

Dual progression system: LitRPG & demonic power. One on the surface, one beneath.

4X Elements: City rings, demonic rituals, spawning grounds, and buildings torn through from another plane.

A theocratic empire that will never stop hunting him.

No Hero. No harem. No saving the world. Instead, a ruthless clerk that neither the demonic plane nor the church saw coming.

The start of the hit litrpg series with over 350,000 views on Royal Road!

Tropes Include: Anti-Hero Lead, Monster Evolution, System Exploits, Kingdom Building, Non-Human MC

This is a solid city building book, and thus far there's nothing particularly bad about it, in fact ive ended it quite a bit. The only downside to this series thus far is there's not anything about the mc that stands out he's just ok at most things and doesn't really have anyone to motive him into improve, excluding the improvements he gets from being the leader of a growing city.

Otherwise this is a good start to the series, just hoping to see more than just the city improve, even if the series is centered around the city's growth.

Pretty good

The story was good but the narration could have been better without all the constant loud breathing.

Not bad

kairen comes off really uncaring and stuck up. acts like a seedy merchant who cares only for profit, not people's lives.
if this were another story he'd be a villain that gets knocked out or beaten by the main character early on.

all he cares about is profit and his own wealth.
He tried to game the system and got both himself and the people he was charged with caring for punished.

his first reaction to seeing 10 people turned into imps is "hope they don't remember anything or they'll be mad at me."

when one of his demons murders and eats a woman's sister, his first thought is "oh no If I don't turn this around I won't have customers"

he spends the whole conversation trying to distract the sister with business talk then tries to bribe her with gold and calls her irrational for being upset at her sister getting killed

honestly he's just not a good guy, he's just kinda scummy and acts like wealth is the only important thing

really unlikeable main character
