While this entry felt a bit slow to start, it really picked up as it went along and definitely delivered in the last third. The Brinley/Larissa story and scenes have remained some of the best parts of this series and it was good to see that develop further. Sets up the finale very well. Narrator was very good as well. One of the best of the overall series.

The only mistake that the author John Thornton does once in a while is change narrators in the middle of a series which makes everything feel wrong after getting used to the voices of the characters and then they sound all different.
Beside that he does a wonderful job in the adventure as it continues.
It’s time to fight back.

Lorri Heneveld have narrated this book and its characters beautifully.
