Calming Sounds of the Nature

Wonderful clear nature sounds. I miss the nature now living in the Midwest. I can escape to the nature whenever I wish, while listening to this. I play these nature sounds when I go to bed some evenings to set the stage for a peaceful sound sleep. It works!

Puts me to sleep

I was skeptical about getting this audible book, but I'm so glad I did! The narrator's voice is so soothing, it's relaxing all on it's own. If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, this might be a helpful choice for you.

New to me

I have to admit I am new to Theta Sounds. I listened while I was working from home and was planning to give it 15 or 20 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later I realized I was still listening and hadn't lost focus on the work I was doing. Very encouraging.

A must listen for anxiety reduction. The has covered such as challenging negative thought patterns, behavioral activation, and overcoming procrastination, supportive guidance for creating goals, Helpful self-evaluation sections etc. Very informative and comprehensive book.

This book is a powerful device

Excellent advice on everyday living. Not clinical or dry in it’s presentation. Advice that is practical and easy to follow. Might not be quite detailed enough for significant anxiety or depression, but definitely should help.

I listen this book. This book tells the main reasons for depressions and anxiety attacks. It also describes the easiest ways to overcome depression. The instructions this book contains are very simple and easy to follow. I tried to follow some tips from this book and I guess now I can control my anger which is very helpful for me.

So relaxing!

This is sooo relaxing, I listen to it every night and it puts me right to sleep. I actually bought this for my baby but it works better for me, because it is not repetitive enough for a baby to enjoy. Very nice for adults though! Would be great to use for mediation or yoga too.

Calming

When work stress is at it's peak and other people's chatter or coughing and sneezing seems so annoying you want to run out of the building screaming, listen to this and imagine you are standing on the nature(Tybee is our favorite) with your eyes closed.

Very realistic sounding!

I've found it particularly useful for clients who tend to be mentally active and talkative during a session. The atmospheric sounds are so realistic, they have said things like, They drift off into a deep state of relaxation. An additional plus is that even though my office is on a busy street with cars whooshing by all the time, the atmospheric sounds blend in nicely and then override the traffic sounds, so it becomes just a part of Nature.

It's great for meditation

This is pure atmospheric sounds, that's all. It's very calming. The only criticism I would have is that the volume is inconsistent on the different tracks. It's great for meditation, and with your eyes shut, you'll think you're at nature.

Perfect for meditation, I approve...!

I have been practicing meditation for many years, I went from stimulating myself with quiet songs to just binaural sounds or theta sounds (which are also found in this project), and I found that if the track is simple and long, I can do much better deep and hypnotic meditations.
