Awful!
How this is meant to help you sleep is beyond me. I thought I might have been able to get past the slightly annoying voice of the narrator until the music started in the background, which basically repeats over & over again. I read the reviews & there was no mention of this.

Never thougt this would work!
I have suffered with insomnia since I was 14yrs old. so that's 38yrs! I have been prescribed probably every sleeping pill since I was 20. This book is great! I never make it past chapter 2 and I am out! Sleep well and wake up feeling great! I have only been using it a few days but so far so good. I highly recommend it for anyone with insomnia. Or just to relax. The narrator has such a calm soothing voice. Only one thing I recommend buying it for the 4 or 5 dollars it is and save your credit for a more expensive book!

Great Sleep Aid
I was skeptical at first, but I needed something to help me sleep. After listening to the recording and using it consistently on nights when I've got 10 things running through my mind. I just fall right to sleep. as soon as the narrator's voice comes on I start yawning. This is a,wonderful alternative to any prescriptions or over the counter sleep aids, and much safer.

I just fall right to sleep. as soon as the narrator's voice comes on I start yawning. This is a,wonderful alternative to any prescriptions or over the counter sleep aids, and much safer.

I have never believed that listening to an audiobook about getting good sleep could actually work. This audio book is a godsend. Every single time....it works!!!! Highest praises!!!!!!

Heavenly for Sleep
Such a great way to fall asleep. I didn't even have to try. Dozed off very quickly and enjoyed what I heard.
