hard to sleep with the loud interrupting voice

how can u sleep if someone plays birds tweeting on loop then suddenly speaks to you in a loud unharmonious voice? try speaking in a softer tone, and dont leave huge gaps in between then suddenly tell me to relax! lol!

The narration is well.

I always listen to this before I go to sleep because it helps me to have a deep and dreamy sleep. I found it really effective that's why I made my night routine. Thanks to angelic voice of the narrator and also to the author.

The only one that worked

After a riding accident where the helmet hit my skull I had a bad concussion, my day was night- and I slept I all day. I stayed awake and all night and night was day. i purchased 3 diferent hynopsis problems and they didnt work. This one had me asleep and rested in the morning. the voice was soothing and quiet and the story line was correct. The only one that worked. its a keeper.

Gets me to sleep

What can I say, it gets me to sleep, which is great. I'm asleep within 20 minutes of listening. Like Allison's narration, too.

Must listen!

Put it this way, if you are the kind of person who struggles on getting to sleep or may be stressed out continuously this is 100% the audiobook for. I struggle in life with both of these issues and I must say that since I have been listening to this my problems have started to clear up.

Highly recommend

Feel more energized now

Having not enough sleep due to insomnia is really bad and makes my day exhausting. I am grateful for having this audiobook in my audible app. It really helped me to have a wonderful sleep at night and then feel more energized throughout the day.

Out of desperation

Hi, Out of desperation I tried this session. I used it each time I woke up during the night and again the next night. I just plugged in the headphones, started the player and went to sleep. very awesome!!!
