is this some kind of joke?

An awful, loud, shouty voice over horrendous cheap synthesized 'music' which made me laugh out loud at the sheer absurdity!! I am sure all the other reviews are fake as surely nobody can take this seriously? Am I being punked? just dreadful but gave me a laugh I suppose.

The music is loud so the audio is drowned out completely. What a waste of a credit.

Annoying, loud, background music

Didn't finish it - I found it profoundly annoying. The music is so loud, I had to strain to hear the words. Did the opposite of relaxing me.

Is this a joke?

I can't even hear the man 'talk' because of the obnoxiously loud, continual, nauseating, wailing synth sound of the cheap keyboard. The latter chapters (i skipped) all accompanied by an incessant, hissing sound of waves. How do i get my credit back?

I didn't think it would work

I started to play this audiobook and initially thought that the music and voice would annoy me, and therefore wouldn't work. However, much to my surprise, twice in a row so far it's had me straight to sleep without a single issue and I've felt strong and resilient when I've woken up. I've been trying sleep hypnosis to assist with building on my positive mindset and it has without a doubt helped.

Not calming

I did not find this calming, it actually made me anxious. Between the narrator's tone and the 80's sci-fi music, I couldn't listen to it.

Music Too Loud

This was not relaxing at all. The loud repetitive music overpowered the voice; I could barely hear him. The rhythm and high pitch of the music was honestly terrible. I eventually had to turn the volume down super low because music too loud, so defeated purpose of the hypnosis.

Peaceful meditation for sleep

Put me into deep sleep

The author and narrator guides you through all the different stages including induction, deepening, and termination to complete a session.I found this audio book similar to a stress releasing therapy, one listen is as helpful as one session of stress releasing therapy.The good point about this audio book is it's length, it is not too long or not too short for a session.

So annoying it kept me awake

This guy's voice is too harsh, robotic sounding and super irritating. On top of that, the annoying music is so loud, you have to strain to hear his voice. Overall, I felt frustrated trying to relax to this.

Good techniques to relax and fall asleep

It really worked for me, it helped me relax and fall asleep right after. The program teaches you something new every day, but you also repeat what you previously learned. So you end up having a nice routine to put in practice when you can't sleep.

Recommended!

I love this book and pick it up occasionally to remind myself of what’s important and to provide a reset. This audio book helps you to reset the mind and stop the random thoughts that passes through the minds without any reason, helps in getting to sleep instantly.
