Great narration too.

This hypnosis is meant to get you to sleep and it does exactly that. I liked the combination of music and the quiet thunder sounds. Great narration too.

Great book.

The person that wrote this script knows what he or she is doing. Taking you on a journey that will put you to sleep. It also had a great voice over and music.

A must book for every home.

This book is great for those who are away from sleep. It did work and I have noticed a change in my dreams. I am now experiencing more precision to my dreams and feeling sentiments.

Sleep well with us.

I rarely have dreadful sleeplessness, which is caused by depression. I found this audible to be enormously effective for several of those insomnia occasions. I don't even make it to the end. I'm out way before that and get sleep,

Melissa really delivers with the narration. The hypnosis blends relaxing music with a peaceful voice over perfectly. Also liked the quiet thunderstorm in the background.

Must listen.

For some reason my brain always goes haywire when I try to sleep, suddenly I’m full energy and can’t stop thinking about new ideas and things I want to do. When I listen to this and focused on my breath and listened to the words my mind slowly but steadily calmed itself down making me more and more relaxed with every breath.

Surprised me!

Surprised that this actually worked on me. I don’t know how many nights I’ve spent lying in bed for hours and hours. Managed to fall asleep before the first session ended which is a bloody miracle if you ask me!

Enjoy listening.

Great audiobook.

I couldn’t sleep one night and accidentally stumble over this. For some reason, I decided to try it and I couldn’t be happier. Instead of having to spend half the night wishing I could fall asleep I ended up getting a great night sleep.

Such a good audiobook.

I tend to worry a lot about my future. Listening to this while lying in bed calms my thoughts and makes it easy to let go of them. Drifting off to lala land have never been this easy.

Great Sleep!!!

The first night, I felt like I had not been asleep at and only slept 1 hour out of 4 hours. My brain was still active or having a session of “monkey brain” and I needed sleep bad. So grabbed my phone and my Bluetooth and headed back to bed. I started listening and just drifted off to sleep. My mind was calm and I slept very good. I used again on my 2nd night and had a happy quiet night. I recommend to anyone who has an over active brain who craves peace.
