A waste of money.

I truly found this book to be the worst and the most boring book on meditation I have ever read and I have read many.
I really wish now that I've not wasted my time no money on it.
My advice to others would be not to make the same mistake as I have.

So relaxing and calming

I've read or listened to many books and talks claiming to calm the breathing, but this one is by far the best. The narrator's voice is so calming and reassuring, I actually fell asleep on one occasion whilst listening to it. I have only used chapter 1 so far, as chapter 2 is about more advanced yogic breathing techniques, which I don't feel ready for yet. I'm looking forward to reaching that point one day.
