I really liked this book and if you like MC books with an actual story and not overdone steam, then this could be for you. It is also in the #PlusCatalogue which is an added bonus!

Declan has to perform a deadly task at a young age which not only haunts him but comes back to bite him in the butt. Brook was a great character, full of sass and just the gal for him! The #dualnarration was excellent by new to me, Brandon Utah and Jillian Macie. This is the first book I have read by this author and I will definitely be continuing with the series.

Loved this story it was exciting right from the start. A young boy forced to kill and years later it comes back to hurt him in a way he would never have thought possible. Great narration

Ok story and characters, and narration was good, but all these mc books are now a much of a muchness. I’ve kind of hit my limit 🫤
This author did an ok job, but gun f ing …..is that really a thing 🤷‍♀️ maybe I’ve led a too sheltered life 😐
Is it me just getting old, thinking there is just too much gratuitous stuff now, and it has to be OTT for people to make it or get recognition? I’m thinking with the world in its current state with all the s*x trafficking, and sx abuse of women and kids, the absolute tsunami of material we are constantly creating and consuming isn’t helping.
Am I becoming Mary Whitehouse 😂😂😂
