Fantastic
This is book two the series
Shadow knight continues with the story of Shane Ryan, who is looking for revenge after surviving from his last battle of iron tournament he after blood who doing this tournaments,

Why are sound effects to speech
The continuing story of Shane ruined by effects added by narrator, never did it in previous books by Ripley but this series slightly off putting with echo distortion for ghosts talking Mr bower please refrain from this style . Otherwise a good story with some not-shane Ryan moments placed in.

Can't wait to read next one
This is the 2nd in the Shadow King series. Now, I have to listen to the 3rd need to know what happens next, Really enjoyed the first one too.
