Summary

short story
really enjoyed this short story. La Plante always delivers a good solid plot. good narration, I finished it in a couple of days. I would recommend all the books I have read or listened to by this author

Thoroughly enjoyed once got into it

Rubbish ending spoils this one
Not the best book I’ve listened to by a long way. I found the number of characters and their intertwined relationships difficult to keep track of and the end was deeply unsatisfying. Overall, I expected better from this author
