A new kind of soldier.... This is the British Army of the future.

Soldiers brought back from the dead to fight as robots. The zombie army can learn. They can kill. The only thing they can't do is die. Even if they want to....

Not a short story, just a half finished book

James Lovegrove could write the disclaimers for a Xanax commercial and STILL make it compelling. Steven Crossley could narrate the Bible and make all the “and Jehoshaphat begat Nick, and Nick begat lil’Wayne...” into something you’d stay up past your bedtime listening to. This is a great story told exceptionally well BUT it is unfinished. It has AN ending but the ending seems like something the author rediscovered when packing for a move, sends it to his editor with a note, “worth finishing?” When the editor responds, “it’s great so far!” Lovegrove has put himself in a position to finish a story he doesn’t remember writing and has no interest in so he just kinda... ends it...
