The book exceeded my Expectations

Great as a beginners guide. Wish there were more meal plans, but it basically teaches you how to plan your own, which I am not very good at. I really appreciate this book. Include valuable information!

An excellent way to assure this topic

I loved the recipes, as did my husband. However, after 3 weeks I had lost only 3 lbs. When I got weighed in at the doctors yesterday I was up 2 1/2 lbs. I don't know what else to do accept make my portions smaller than recommended.
