It is easier to fit into my lifestyle.

I have been a lifetime member of Weight Watchers for over 16 years. I love this diet, I feel better to look better and don't have to pay. I just keep the book handy for motivation or go on youTube. For me, it is easier to fit into my lifestyle.

Excellent book.

An excellent sign of a good cookbook – simple to follow reicpes with a great number of ideas to cook through. Being perfect for the DASH-dieters, this cookbook by Vincent Brian would be a good purchase for those people who do not follow the restrictions of this diet but are looking for healthier options added to their weekly menu.

This book is huge.

This book is huge & amazing which is fully loaded with tons of relevant recipes.To get rid of all the unhealthy cravings, you should realize that the food you eat currently is of no help to your body and it will continue to bring harm years from now.It is really more of a change in the way you eat opposed to a diet plan.

Best diet guide.

I'm usually on the go, have absolutely busy days and have no opportunity to cook my dash meals, and I NEED to do that to stay healthy and energetic. Using the dash diet recipes allowed me to have great quick dishes which are not only easy to prepare but tasty too.

Easy-to-follow!!

Enjoyable recipes are represented in this cookbook. Usually, when I get a purchase a new cookbook I immediately look through all the recipes and choose the ones I'd like to try first. This time I was a bit intimidated with the need to choose – everything looked good and tempting.

No more prepackaged meals .

No more prepackaged meals , these recipes call for all the foods required to prepare a solid healthy meal and please all the picky and allergic ones in the family. I noticed some errors, grammatical type,and also there are no pics of the dishes in here, and this is a bit disappointing because I'm a visual but still it's a good deal. The ideas are obviously family favorites, you can test them and modify them and have fun with them for as long as you wish.

This is a wonderful book.

This is a wonderful book. If you follow it the way it says, you will lose weight fast in the first two weeks. I lost 8 pounds in two weeks. In the next two weeks, I lost 5 pounds. And I feel great. I have a way to go but this book has taught me how to eat foods that will help with the weight loss. I never feel hungry. And my blood pressure is great!

LOVE this book and diet

LOVE this book and diet. Extremely easy to listen and it provides actual real-life meal plans that are easy, simple, doesn't require a bunch of out of the ordinary specialty ingredients, and most importantly the GOOD food!!!! It is a lot of food & prep work each day, but it's good healthy food. A lot of salads, but easy to make. This is now a staple in our family and our new food lifestyle.

Dash Diet!

I hate listening, but this book is laid out so you can use it in whatever way you want. It has recipes in one section or example meal plans in another. I skipped a lot of the actual listening, and used it for all the resources it contained, This helped save me time, so I could get down to business. After the first week, I was down 8 lbs. I look forward to continuing my journey.

The Science and Art of Dash Diet.

I lost about a pound and a half a week with this diet book and have felt improvements with my depression. The diet is an adjustment, but it feels more flexible than others. My girlfriend wanted me to add that she's been losing about a pound per week since we started.

Strongly recommend this cookbook.

I would strongly recommend this cookbook to all the beginner dieters who fell a little bit frustrated, considering all the restrictions arising during the very first days on the diet. I'm looking forward to cooking every single recipe from this cookbook, as those I've tried already have been delish and easy. I've already altered my diet and will continue to do so according to the plan.

Very informative ideas!

Very informative ideas which need a little extra editing to become just right. I mean, I had to edit them because they were not entirly suitable to fit the gluten-free I'm currently folloowing together with the DASH one, and I have to notive that these recipes were getting me closer to the balanced state of diet and health.

The title stands true!

The title stands true – recipes are truly healthy and yummy. I was advised to adjust my diet, and I decided to do the dash to try something new and healthy at the same time. I did not expect at all, that this kind of diet would be able to inspire me and bring back the joy of cooking at home. Terrific weight loss.

Terrific weight loss results can be clearly seen during the very first weeks of the diet. This cookbook has helped me tremendously already, and it's definitely going to help me many times more since I've only started cooking through it and getting to know it better.
