Katrina's back story rocks and takes us through many of the major moments of the Demon Accords series filling out one of the more significant background characters.

I think I'm going to have to go back through the series again to enjoy it all the more!

there has been to many books done by James Patrick cronin it spoils it having different narrator

hard to get into without James Patrick cronin

It’s really good to see a full overview of the backstory of one of the secondary characters in the series. Though it doesn’t necessarily have a plot in the traditional sense of the other books (no consistent antagonist etc.), it was a good listen.

Though it is evident that the voice narrator hadn’t listened to the series before, as there was a lack of coordination in terms of how lots of names were pronounced (Arkedi, Keiko, and Sisters Éire along many others were all pronounced differently than in the originals with James Patrick Cronin, and arguably incorrectly). Other than that the voice performance was amazing and fit right into Katrina’s character.

Pretty great addition to the series

John Conroe is a master, I can't wait until Amazon or some big studio brings his books to life!!! This book is outstanding!!! I missed James Patrick Cronin as the narrator, but Lily Ganser did an amazing job !!! I cannot wait for the next book in the series :)

Off the charts amazing

This book is one few exceptions in the series where a side character gets a through exploration of who they are what they are about. I just wished they would turn up in the main story. The narrator change of voices was jarring at first. It does give a different vibe or feel to the characters and so in the end I like this book more than any other side character books so far. I feel like I understand this character much better now. Sure it has the classic problem where the author is trying to jam everything in a time line that feels like it didn't existing until late in the series but hey we can't have everything.

Much better book than I was expecting
