The combinations and recipes that are outlined in the book by John Chatham really are easy to follow and have a sense of simplicity that you just don't find in a lot of diet books today. The recipes are in fact delicious and don't skimp on the flavors. If you are scared of going on a diet or if you are worried that you will get lackluster tasting meals, this will completely change your mind.

the reader has skiped and mispronounced many words

the reader in just the first six min has mispronounced and stumbled over many words. I would like to send this back and get another one. I cannot listen to the reader when she clearly should not be reading this type of book
