Publisher's Summary

Penguin presents the audiobook edition of The Chalk Man by C. J. Tudor, read by Andrew Scott and Asa Butterfield.

None of us ever agreed on the exact beginning.

Was it when we started drawing the chalk figures, or when they started to appear on their own?

Was it the terrible accident?

Or when they found the first body?

    "Chillingly brilliant "

A brilliant chilling suspenseful story full of twists and surprises.

    Beautifully narrated.

Should be a TV crime drama, preferably starring Andrew Scott.

    "One of the best Audiobooks..."

I have listened to. I was grippe from the first line. I tried to save it but ended up racing through.

Narrated wonderfully. I knew what to expect from Andrew Scott (Hypnotic) but the highlight was Asa Butterfield

    Would recommend

    "Brilliant"

Enjoyed the story and narration. I listen to audiobooks in the car and sometimes found parts Andrew Scott's performance quite difficult to hear as he can be rather quiet in places.

    "Loved this book. "

I think this was one of the best audio book performances I have listened too. Andres Scott and ASA Butterfield are both brilliant and bring this book to life.

It’s full of creepy characters and I didn’t know which way it would go. Good ending. And carried on the creepiness right to the end.

Listen to this book. It’s so good.

    "Awesome!"

I have listened to dozens of books but never felt the urge to write a review. I was drawn into this right from the start. The narrator whom read the 2016 parts was fantastic. His tone was excellent and drew you into the book.
The only sad thing is I want to hear more! Thank you a great book!
