Summary

Brilliant
I enjoyed this a lot, I’m rapidly becoming a fan of Katrina Diamond. A powerful police/crime thriller with strong characters and plenty of emotion from a story with plenty going on.

a satisfying conclusion

What a Ride !!!
This case is dark and so much going on and cover ups still going on. This case had a personal angle that has stemmed through the series so far. This involves DS Miles. When it is uncovered it is a twisted and calculated individual who seemed to be very slippery and one step ahead of the police. DS Imogen Grey and DS Adrian Miles have been bitten more than once within the very walls of the police. Now with a new DCI taking over can she be trusted?
Imogen is also battling with her own demons she is in love with someone she should not contemplate with and he is on the wrong side of the law, her current case causes him to almost unravel.
The climax of this case is nail biting.
