Summary

The Eclipse has no time to rest on his laurels, following the destruction of The Inferno and 'Bull' Logan. A new crime boss promptly moves in to try to seize control of Chicago, with the aid of the surviving members of Logan's gang.

As if that wasn't enough, a series of hanging deaths occur across the city, all apparently connected in some way with a jewel robbery from several years prior.

Then a new menace appears, wielding a powerful blue beam that promises to tear the heart out of an unsuspecting nation.
