Brilliant!

The truly awful thing about this book is that it's very likely based on fact. Which reminds one that no amount of legislation will ever conquer entrenched prejudice and bigotry.
All the gods be thanked for men like Reacher!
Or should I say? - writers like Lee Child.

Prejudice reigns in Texas.

Enjoyable. If you know Reacher then perhaps a little predictable, but it holds it pace through to the end.

Good story, great performance

Not the best Reacher episode, but a great performance pulls it up. Glad I listened as I'm working my way through the Reacher series, but it probably won't be one I listen to again.

echo?

Because I started reading Reacher books I picked up on holiday I've read them all out of order. I find now I've read this one already but I couldn't tell. Not even an echo. Enjoyed it though .

just reacher

What can I say. Another gripping book from a master, both the storyline and the characters are superbly developed. Superbly written and narrated , I was captivated from start to finish; it had me both wanting to see what happened and at the sand time not wanting it to end. Highly recommended.

Good, but not his best

it took what seemed like an age to get going and the deduction for Reacher's conclusion did not fully appear rational.

Lee Child is a master storyteller

Jack Reacher books are sold every nine seconds on the planet. This one is one of the best in the series. Exciting and funny. Some men are so described deliciously stupid I had to laugh out loud and ‘Reacher said nothing’. Recommended.
