Publisher's Summary

Breakout author Chris Alan teams up with NYT's best-selling author Melody Anne in a stimulating thriller series that brings a whole new twist to happily ever after.

This book will have you longing to be the predator's next target. Beware, though, because once you enter Obitus' world, you don't get to stop playing his game unless he chooses to set you free. Is this a work of fiction...or is it a confession? Only you can decide whether or not you choose to dance with a man who always picks the song.

In life, we are all performing one dance after another; most of us just don't realize it. When you're walking down the street and your fingers softly brush against those of a stranger's, your new fate has already been decided; you just don't realize it yet. There's no such thing as a chance meeting in the dark, and you have only one opportunity to escape Obitus...but your time is running out....

In this thrilling beginning to the Confessions Series, Obitus discovers who he is and exactly what he wants...and that could be you.

"Amazing audiobook, nice story and great narrator!"
Where does Dance in the Dark rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

    !!*SPOILER*!!

Loved the story. I really wan't to learn more about the main characters, like if the main person is a serial killer, or some sort of hitman. And I would love more chapters with Eden voicing Janice. I did like "her" character, and I thought the ending was kind of a disappointment when it comes to her character.
I think Urmaker and Eden was the perfect choice for the voice actor/actress for this book, and if he narrated the following books, I would listen.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

I was really intrigued by the story, and the plot, I would love more of the same.

What does urmaker bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I have been subscribed to him on youtube for a long time, and I felt really good with my favourite voice actor read such a good story.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

In the end where Janice was laying atop her car, I really felt bad for her, especially later when she was in the hospital.

    "urmaker 😍"

I wish it was longer! Over all made my time at work enjoyable. The narrator is why I initially came to the sight.

    "Dark but good"

I enjoyed getting into his dark mind and taking this journey with him. He sincerely has a twisted mind but so did both his parents. Hop on and take this journey with him. A bit graphic sexually at times, so if you can't handle that then pass this one up

    "Reader's voice is great"

I love the voice of urmaker. I hope he does more audible books. It was a little too sexualized for my taste. The story itself gives you the narrative of a sociopath and his inner turmoil. So if you're into that sort of theme then you're in for a treat.
