Summary
Zwei Mitarbeiter eines Sicherheitsdienstes werden tot auf einer Großbaustelle in Thüringen entdeckt. Weil die Männer aus Nordhessen stammten, werden die Kasseler Kommissare Paul Lenz und Thilo Hain um Amtshilfe gebeten. Die Getöteten waren auch auf dem im Vorjahr eröffneten Flughafen Kassel-Calden für die Bewachung der Baustelle eingesetzt und offenbar in kriminelle Geschäfte verwickelt. Lenz und Hain versuchen, eine Katastrophe zu verhindern, doch die Zeit rinnt ihnen durch die Finger.
