I must admit that when I first started listening to this audio book, I thought I had blown another credit. After a little while I became interested and began to think this was not fiction but based on a real troopers life experience. It is very well done and I only found out at the end it is fiction based on real events. It held my interest though and I am not sorry I downloaded it, so four stars.

As a pilot who has flown in Alaska, I enjoyed tremendously the author's depiction of his flights into remote areas of Alaska. They are accurate and represent the flying that is done there every day. His police activities also sound true to life. An interesting facet is his finding a 9 mm pistol is probably inferior to a 45 in ending the threat of an attacker laced with illegal stimulants. I've looked for other books by this author but have found none. Hope you will be adding more.

Being a local Alaskan, this reading frustrates me terribly when the narrator cannot pronounce many of the Village names. But none the less. It's a great story.

What made the experience of listening to Alaska Justice the most enjoyable?
The story was interesting but found I kept wondering while listening to book. More my fault than the book or Narrator, but did affect my pleasure of the story. I will have to try more audiobooks to find out if I really enjoy them. This book was exciting in its own rite--I wondered if the main character was going to live through it! Well worth the time to check out Mr. Kincaid's following books.

I appreciate M. D. Kincaids simple rythmatic story telling techniques. A simple tale that had me sitting up at night to hear more. A natural! Reem McColm timbre makes the words blend into a tale. Excellent.
