Summary

A suspicious funeral, a fatal encounter at a garden centre and a country walk marred by the discovery of a hidden corpse are just some of the perplexing situations with which Thea Osborne, her friends and a further cast of characters must contend. In this expanded view of the world of her popular books, Tope reminds us that death and crime will visit even the most idyllic country villages.

Short stories

I have and love all of the books with Thea Osborne, and the stories were good, but amounted to nothing. Caroline reads all books in this series and is fabulous to listen to. She especially sounds right for the character of Thea, however I think she could make a little more effort when it comes to a different accent for a different character, a vague attempt at a Birmingham accent fizzled out mid sentence. Rebecca is fabulous at description and conveying honest feelings and thoughts as always. Please can we have more books of Thea and Hepsie of course!
