Excellent book on problem solving

Lots of good case studies. The book is full of hands-on / practical frameworks that you can apply to all sort of problems. The audio version deals very well with figures and tables in the text - though it's handy to have a copy of the book in hand while listening.One of the better books I've read on the subject.

It's was Text for my Harvard class

I took Management Consulting and this book was the foundation for how we were to present and execute on a given case study by our professor. This will now be my blueprint moving forward for me.
