Not so well known account

Enjoyed this podcast as it told of events of which I was previously unaware, particularly the political leadership of Germany at the time and how it changed afterwards. I would have found it easier to follow and understand if the voices had reflected their nationality as, except for General Pershing's US accent, the rest was spoken using English accents only. A slight German or French accent would have helped me to follow who was speaking.

Riveting stuff

This gives a very good insight into the minds of the people who were behind the war machines of WW1.

Entertaining

I didn't realise what a chaotic year (1918) the last year of the First World War was.
This is an excellent mini series. Extremely well written and extremely well read.
