Helpful, easy to understand and follow.
Very helpful book, everything was explained clearly and it was easy to understand and follow. For anyone reading the previous reviews, I emailed the centre of excellence and asked them to send me a copy of the PDF that they talk about in the book, they were very helpful and sent it to me quickly. Easy!!

the pdf does not accompany this sadly
it's a good course but the pdf is not there, only one page about the centre of excellence and that is it sadly. It's disappointing as the book directs you to tables found in the missing pdf.

Would be inclined to give a much higher rating if it had the accompanying PDFs that are referenced. Will probably return title and purchase it elsewhere
