More and more people are being diagnosed. Symptoms include serious weight loss, pain, fatigue and depression. But there is good news - many people report enormous improvements as a result of following a gluten-free diet.
The book gives the whole picture. It explains what coeliac disease is, why it happens and what can trigger it. It sets out the diet, including simple nutritional recipes and expert nutritional advice.

So helpful!
I bought this for my uncle as he has recently been doagnosed with Coeliac Disease and was trying to find out everything he could about the disease. This book really helped him out..or so he says.
My aunt also really appreciated it as she wanted to bake him some great food so that he wouldn't feel like meal times were going to be depressing now that he was banned from a great deal of food types. This book really helped in this respect as it is filled with recipes for meals and snacks, some of which having now tasted me and my family can 100% recommend. The recipe section of this book means that my Aunt is going to be holding on to this book forever! t really has been so helpful.
