The Quantum Factor Life Enhancement Series of recordings uses powerful natural techniques to help you make profound changes, enabling you to visualize, plan, and achieve the future you want. They work by tapping into the vast natural resources available in your own mind. The information is absorbed into your subconscious while you are in a relaxed and receptive state, without any effort whatsoever.
The series uses four techniques to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the course: Visualization, Meditation, Hypnosis, and Affirmation. Their easy acceptance by your subconscious is ensured by the use of background alpha rhythms, which help to place the brain into a relaxed - but not unconscious - state. You will be aware of things around you while being in an ideal condition to learn and retain new information. In addition, theta rhythms will help you to relax.

Good, but unnecessary header
This relaxing production is best listened to while resting. The narrator delivers confidence-building affirmations that emphasize your ability to meet stressors and challenges with resilience. He also mixes a broad range of social reinforcers, which are known to facilitate coping and positive thinking. My only complaint is that much of the introduction is the same as in the rest of the series, and it is less specific to the theme of this particular tape. Overall however, I found this tape to be both relaxing and mood-lifting.

I found the first 20 mins (I suppose the warm up or preparation for the relaxation) very irritating as he goes through the alphabet and then the count to 10. I also found the back ground music/noise very agitating for my cells/nerves. It's a shame as the actual content in the middle is good - except it has that background sound all the way through it.
