This audiobook breaks down the differences between men and women with ADHD. It goes over treatment options with medicine, therapy, and self help strategies. It’s straight talk and comes off sounding like something a doctor friend might suggest to help deal with the symptoms of ADHD.

This audiobook is a great resource for adult women struggling with ADHD. It provides tailored assistance to help overcome frustrating symptoms and make life more organized and successful. The book focuses on successful psychological therapies, offering solutions based on diagnosis, symptoms, prevalence, and treatments specifically for women with ADHD.

I thoroughly enjoyed the content, which is interesting and informative. However, I had a hard time staying focused because the narration was a bit monotone and unengaging. Despite this, the book remains a valuable guide for any woman seeking to better manage her ADHD and improve her overall quality of life.

This is a well-thought-out and detailed set of strategies for overcoming debilitating ADHD, especially focusing on women. There are also strategies to help with PMS and other symptoms that can take one off point. Finally, there is a way to look at this issue without just medicating.

ADHD has affected the overall performance and esteem of women around the world and has therefore become a global concern that requires rectification. So, after listening to this audiobook, the causes of ADHD and practical methods for treating this condition have been clarified. Methylphenidate, for example, is an acceptable stimulant that augments brain activity for enhanced attention and behavior. Meanwhile, meditation is a non-pharmacological that is widely incorporated and has been proven effective on many occasions.

Highly informative workbook!

The audiobook contained a lot of information about ADHD, and why women could have additional stressors, workplace demographics, family issues, etc. I believe the audiobook would be beneficial for anyone with ADHD. My favorite parts where the suggestions 'readers' could make when confronted with different situations.
My only hesitation about this book is that seems to have originally been a workbook, and as such has parts that were fill in the blanks. This doesn't translate well to an audiobook, and it made the narration seem choppy at points.

Good information which could help those with ADHD
