nice introductions

If you are looking for the first steps towards a plan to change your way of dealing with your emotions this book is a nice start. If the book would be more detailed in some parts, I would put five stars

helpful

I find this book to be very helpful. I am very emotional, and that's why I tend to gain weight when I'm sad or stressed because I couldn't handle my emotions well so I resort to food. This book will make you realize how important it is to control your feelings and be mindful of the root of your negative emotions. I'm so glad Ilisten this. Very helpful indeed!

extremely good

Emotions are extremely hard to control especially when you don't realise what emotions you are having and what they mean for you. This book increases your emotional intelligence by helping you understand your emotions and the psychology behind them. More importantly it helps you learn on how to control your emotions and channel your emotional outbursts in positive ways

Not too profound or useful

This was very very very surface level information. You would be better off scrolling through your Spiritual influencers on Social media for similar guidance. Not for me, did not get much from the book at all.

Great introduction to the subject.

As someone who struggles with social interactions, this book points out many things I have not noticed before. It inspired me to focus on mindful interactions while using fun antidotes and scientific experiments.
