The best business leadership book I have ever ‘read’
A short book filled with wisdom. Conscious Business is about for more than business. It is a blueprint for simply being a more aware leader and person. I loved it specifically for the lessons in conscious communication - the difference between a knower and a learner, detoxifying your comments and hearing others points of views. All things I thought I was ok at. Fred Kofman has opened my eyes to other ways that I want to try today.

Great book for personal growth
I recommend for someone who is new in business world, but also is very good for anyone who would like to improve their way of thinking about work/life balance.

Did not find it interesting..
It was short enough but after the first 30mins it was boring.
It needed more business related examples rather than the yogi Buddhist ones
