A short book filled with wisdom. Conscious Business is about for more than business. It is a blueprint for simply being a more aware leader and person. I loved it specifically for the lessons in conscious communication - the difference between a knower and a learner, detoxifying your comments and hearing others points of views. All things I thought I was ok at. Fred Kofman has opened my eyes to other ways that I want to try today.
