Recommended!

My therapist recommended this workbook. We've only been working through it for a month or so but I'm finding it a very useful guide for self-reflection, so that I come into our sessions with thoughts and insights to get us going, allowing us to make better use of the time we have together.

I love this book.

I love this book. I suffer from anxiety and phobias and post-traumatic stress disorder as well as obsessive-compulsive disorder. As well as severe panic attacks and anxiety issues.
