A fresh honest approach to alleviating symptoms of Anxiety and Panic ‘protection’ attacks.

I was super excited to finally have the chance to listen to this book. I fully engaged in it and listened with my notebook open ready to hear some helpful solutions to overcoming my panic and anxiety attacks. I have just finished the book and can honestly say I was moved to tears during my participation. This book is DEFINITELY for you if your feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated and overcome by stress, worry and anxiety... Nik & Eva present their book in a no nonsense, concise and straight forward manner and it was lovely to hear them reading chapters because it was a more personal approach and it felt great to have them in my ear spurring me on...
I had a breakthrough moment when Nik & Eva spoke about panic attacks being renamed ‘protection attacks’ because in that moment I finally understood that no matter how bad the manifestations of fear were, they could do me no harm. That was a reframing revelational moment as I had always been afraid that my panic attacks were having a detrimental effect on my body and making me unhealthy and that I needed to take action to stop them at all costs.
I will take away several good tips to help me on a daily basis to retrain my thoughts, stop my anxiety and excessive worry from ‘what if’s’ and practice gratitude every day too as well as incorporating some of my own helpful strategies to help me stay serene and calm.
Thank you so much Nik and Eva you guys are like angels in waiting for many people just like me, what you both do and how you both give to others in need is truly remarkable and inspiring. I love the book and I send love to you both for helping me to help myself... eternally grateful to you both... amazing book from two amazing and compassionate human beings... thank you xx

Loved this book!

Having suffered from anxiety for years and especially throughout this current crisis, i really needed help. Nik and Eva are so grounded and speak so much sense, even to my anxious brain! It helped me so much to listen to their book whilst out walking for miles to try and conquer this constant anxiety ridden mind! I felt i wasn't mad, i felt they actually understood and talked me through some really scary thoughts, helping me understand how these thoughts need to be challenged, these are not my reality.

Please read if you struggle with anxiety, especially with today's world, you are NOT alone.

Don’t bother, find something else to read.

This book was a waste of time, they just seemed more interested in telling about their patents than actually giving sound advice on how to treatment. Buy something else.

listened to this and it was like a therapy session. could relate to most of this book and its really changed my thinking...for the better. loved it.

Found it useless

Had high hopes and expectations that this would help me overcoming or as the title says “conquering” anxiety. However I found it useless and irritating. I’ve tried to delete it from my library but like that U2 album on iTunes they forced on everyone a few years back, you can’t get rid of this one either. My advice to everyone is to watch or listen to The Secret instead.

Amazing.

I loved this book. Great advice, I will be listening to this again and again or buy the paper copy to write down notes on paper. I will definitely be writing down my worries and thoughts as I’m a massive worrier due to school bullies and low self esteem all my life (I’m now 24). I’ve always been on a mission to improve my anxiety and confidence, even more so during lockdown where I’ve had the time to sit and do a lot of thinking about my health. This book has given me lots of tips and advice. So thank you Nick and Eva. Keep up the good work you always do to help others!

really enjoyed listening to this.

Loved this, wasn't too sure what to expect but I love what Nick and eva do to help people so thought it was definitely worth a try.
I'm glad that I listened to this and that it's there to listen to over again if I need to, I do feel that my anxiety has definitely changed and weirdly enough my phobia seems to be completely transformed even though that's not what i wanted the help with haha, I do recommend people listen to this :) xx
